What Is KingdomDS?
KingdomDS is a foundational product within the Wick Platform that delivers the Data Services needed to transform your organization’s structured data into a format that AI can act on intelligently. It’s built on two tightly integrated components: technology and a plan. Together, they form a system designed not just to store data—but to make it agent-readable, interoperable, and operational.
At its core, KingdomDS combines AI-native infrastructure with a rules-based classification system. These two elements work in harmony:
1. The Technology Layer
- AI-Ready Data Environments
KingdomDS hosts your data— survey results, consumer datasets, marketing exhaust, engagement data, and more—within secure, continuously updated environments structured specifically for machine learning and agent interaction. - Norma: The AI Data Processing Agent
Norma is not just a background tool—she is the operating intelligence behind KingdomDS. Norma runs the full Consumer Data Protocol (CDP), ingesting, standardizing, tagging, and structuring your data into species-level formats. Norma is how your plan comes to life: she classifies every record, enforces taxonomies, and ensures your data is consistently interpreted across models, use cases, and teams.
- Intuitive User Interface
Designed for both technical and non-technical users, the interface allows you to interact with your data and Norma’s decisions, track enrichment processes, and launch new workflows with confidence.
2. The Plan: Wick’s Consumer Data Protocol (CDP)
With the technology in place, all you need now is a plan. That’s where the Wick Consumer Data Protocol (“CDP”) comes in—a new standard for translating consumer data across your lists, surveys, marketing exhaust, engagement data, and other data sources into a normalized, context-rich, agent-ready format.
The foundation of this protocol is a taxonomic, hierarchical classification system. Just as Carl Linnaeus created scalable order for biological systems, we’ve done the same for consumer data systems—enabling rule-based systems to create a Kingdom of consumer data species and libraries of context about each data species.
Norma is responsible for executing this plan. She runs the CDP by applying its rules to structure, classify, and contextualize every incoming dataset, ensuring consistency, traceability, and readiness for downstream analysis. The result is a living data system that continuously improves in structure, intelligence, and usability.
